My love for Turkey!

Hello dearies, its been a while on here, I have a lot of catching up to do , even though now I'm on a summer holiday. How have you all been? Please I would like you to follow me on Instagram on @chelizruby since I'm there a lot these days, so I'll follow you back and we can be in touch more often.

Ok, today, I want to quickly share my turkey tips. Turkey can be expensive for some obvious reasons, its lean meat, very healthy and nutritous, meaty too. It has about 30g of protein in a palm size of turkey breast(without the skin) If you dont know how to cook turkey, it might turn out tasteless and tough, so here are some of the things I do to enhance the taste:



  1. I marinate it with a little salt and plent of papper over night(I store in the fridge)
  2. I cook it on low heat so it doesnt get too tough when its done. 
  3. I add a bit of white vinegar to it to soften the meat.
Me, I love my turkey boiled with the skin on I dont care what people say, I've been eating it like that since, and I love plenty of pepper on it. How do you like yours? Please dont forget to share and like this post.
