Hi Sweets,
Here's a very very simple salad that you need to try. Its sweet and really low in calorie. It might not be filling for those very hungry days, let it be a starter instead. To sweeten the salad, i used carrots and apples. For more sweetness, feel free to add raisins to the salad and honey to the salad dressing. #nosugar

Ingredients: Serves 2
- 1 1/2 cup lettuce_chopped
- 1 cup Carrots_grated
- 1 medium apple chopped
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar.(for dressing)
Method:
- Add all chopped items into a bowl and mix.
- Add the balsamic vinegar (This is your dressing)and mix. Serve immediately.
I love Balsamic Vinegar because its low in calorie and cuts the sweetness for a different level of flavor. |
