Friday Goodness: Sweet and crunchy Salad.


Hi Sweets,
Here's a very very simple salad that you need to try. Its sweet and really low in calorie. It might not be filling for those very hungry days, let it be a starter instead. To sweeten the salad, i used carrots and apples. For more sweetness, feel free to add raisins to the salad and honey to the salad dressing. #nosugar

Green Lettuce.

Grated Carrots. 


Ingredients:  Serves 2 
  1. 1 1/2 cup lettuce_chopped
  2. 1 cup Carrots_grated
  3. 1 medium apple chopped 
  4. 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar.(for dressing)





Method:
  1. Add all chopped items into a bowl and mix. 
  2. Add the balsamic vinegar (This is your dressing)and mix. Serve immediately.
I love Balsamic Vinegar because its low in calorie and cuts the sweetness for a different level of flavor.

Less than 100 calories per serving.
