# workout # Workout Buddy

Are you a lone ranger?

Hey Sweets,
I saw a post like this on popsugar.com some days ago, they asked : "which do you prefer; to workout alone or with a workout buddy?"  I have always been a lone ranger, from day 1. I love to scream and shout in the comfort of my living room, run outdoors at my own pace. Even when I go to the gym, I like to stay focused and work alone. Is that weird? Am I ok sha? Lol Hmmm, I wonder is anyone out there like me? I wouldn't mind having a great workout buddy though, to spice up those boring workout days......

In my opinion, I think its great to have a workout partner or buddy that will keep you in check and help push you along when you need it. It makes the whole process more fun.

Do you prefer to workout alone or with a friend?

God bless.

    1. You are right o Ibi. Imagine having a workout buddy that suggests pizza after a good workout! Omg! I must flee from such. While some wud suggest a healthy cup of fruit smoothie. So yes, they do rub of negatively or positively. Thanks dear.

  5. I'm a lone ranger for most things in my life but with working out, I've discovered that when I have a workout buddy(I'm usually the one that gingers the person to start) I have to carry on no matter what so that I can inspire the person to carry on and in that way, I'm more likely to stick with my workout. I'm a love being a good role model. ( according to my mum I love controlling people and telling people what to do).. lol..
