- Come to terms with it, make up your mind. Do you think you need to lose weight? You and only you can make this decision.
- Understand that it will take time. It took me 9 months to lose over 32kgs, and that's because i did mine with vex, i rushed it, it could take you over 12 months depending on how big you are, or how much you need it.
- Set your goals and make sure they are realistic.
- Take a current picture of yourself and save it.
- Get a daily diary which you will use to jot your developments.
- Buy a scale. Preferably digital.
- Register in a gym if you are SURE you have the time to go. Don't just dash them money and sit at home.
- For those that want to workout at home: Buy a set of dumbbells. Start with 2kg set.
- Get good sports shoes/trainers.
- Download good workout music/playlist. I will share mine soon.
- Get workout dvds.
- Get workout clothes and sports bras. Use old clothes if you have to.
- Now that you are organised, don't look back. Stay focused.
This is the first step to losing weight. Its not going to be easy, so be ready. Nothing good comes easy. The Lord is your strength. Stay strong. God bless. *Will bring you part 2 tomorrow.

DeletePls am a lady with big bust. I wear bra of size 40 or 42 depending on the company that produces it. Pls what size of sports bra do u recommend I use and do u have for sale thanks a lot! Good job you're doing here.
ReplyDeleteHi dear and thanks a bunch. You wud generally wear a large, considering the fact that you will lose weight so it doesnt get too loose. It also depends on the manufacturer tho, some cuts run small. I am sold out on sports bras for now. Once I have new stock, I'll announce. Thanks for checking in.

DeleteWhere to get affordable dumb bells? I've searched high and low in ph. I found only in 1place and a single pair was 10k. Annoys me 'cause they're easily 2-3 dollars in the us when I buy at 5below. Seems like "sand in water bottle" levels for now. I'm gearing up.
ReplyDeleteHi Noelle, i don't know where you can buy them in PH, but for Lagos, check sports world in Ikeja city mall. 2kg bells go for about 5k i think. For now, use your sand in water bottle o jare. No excuses.
