# #WORKIT CHALLENGE # challenge

Results after week 6 of the #workit weight loss Challenge.

How was the weekend? Mine was fab!!!


Wow! this week's result na fire! These babes are not smiling o. See how Pat bulldozed the fat! The competition sure is getting hotter. I'm kinna sad though that it will soon end. Amanda and Wunmi suggested that competition should go on for a bit more, i really wish so too but, i have already planned out other things. There will be more competitions in the future by Gods grace, and i would love for everyone to get a chance at it.  We have exactly 1 week and 4 days to get to the finish line.  Anyway, here are the results after week 6........

Amanda currently @ 73.7kg: From 78.7kg



Louisa currently @ 88.6kg: From 91.9kg 



Nena currently @ 73.9kg. From 78kg

Wunmi currently @ 65.6kg: From 69.2kg


Pat currently @ 85.9kg: From 89.3kg


Sweetpie currently @ 70.9kg: From 74.7kg


Tess currently @ 76.9kg : From 81.8kg.


MissB currently @ 97.7kg: From 101.1kg


Flora currently @ 99.5kg: From 98.2kg



Great Great work Ladies!!! I am so excited, i cant wait to see the final results and pictures. I know i say this all the time, but i am sooo proud of  you all, you all have done well. Staying on the challenge is one thing, and you have come this far. I pray for more strength to keep exercising and more grace and determination to eat right and make the best decisions for yourself. God bless.

*Due to many reasons, I will be judging the winner based on huge difference on appearance and difference in weight. I will apply he 80;20 rule. Lol!

  1. Wow well done ladies! Congrats y'all So proud of you. I have been doing this workout challenge codedly on my own I last about 2.5kg due to insistence. I just noticed yesterday now that I have fat rolls on my back! Though I had them before I started working out but they disappeared as soon as the weight loss kicked in. Pls is it the result of weightloss or am I adding again. Would appreciate you answer cos according to the scale I lost 2.5kg already.

    1. I doubt if you are adding weight. Its the flabby skin you get while losing weight. You need to start effective exercise to burn back fat. This is why i encourage people to start exercise as soon as they begin their weight loss journey. It limits the amount of skin folds and flabby areas you will get later. Don't worry, with sufficient exercise, the folds will reduce. You have to incorporate strength training for the upper body. cheers

Good Morning Ladies, well done to all of us. @ PAT I see you ooo, whatever you did right last week, please keep it up Don't stop . @ Amanda, I read your post on the cheating thing, its not easy o, cheating takes me 2steps backwards every week and its so hard resisting on weekends. I am still trying to discipline myself as much as possible. just take it easy sha you are doing well. MissB

    2. Miss B. my partner, thanks and I see you too. We've going at the same pace, since June, and soon we'll be celebrating our 10 kg mark IJN. Meanwhile, I'm also a serial cheater on the weekends. I don't know what it is about the weekend that makes one discipline wane. Now I'm trying to get to where I'll have only one cheat meal during the weekend, instead of a weekend full of cheat meals. God will help us.

  3. Thanks Miss B. and Cheliz. Although technically I lost 3 lbs of fat, and 5.5 lbs of false weight gained during my TOM. Thanks to the detox I did before my TOM, my cravings were reduced this time around, and apparently also made it quicker for me to get rid of the false weight. So thanks Ms. Cheliz for the info. And like you both suggested, I switched up my exercise, and I do something different everyday. I pray for the strength to continue, as we all know, it's easy. The awesome thing for me was that I finally made it to the 180 something range. I have not been 180 something in soooooooooooooooooooooolong. So it's a big achievement and motivating factor for me. I now feel that I can dream of making it to 170 something. But I know it will be a slow a steady journey. The Lord is our Strength. Continued luck to us all.

  4. OMG, you ladies are absolutely awesome. Although I've only lost 1kg but then again I started active diet and exercise last week. I'm so proud of you guys. Its so comforting to see that we can do it and dieting and exercise actually works. Kudos ladies. KaylaB

  5. well-done ladies, Pat congrats, its not easy at all. one thing that gives me joy is that everybody on this challenge is soo determined. we all want to see results and we are really putting our best. we are soo disciplined even when we fell of the wagon we get back very quickly and we encourage our selves. am soo soo happy to be part of this house. we are doing real great. lets keep it up. thanks cheliz darling.

  6. Wow! Wow!! Congrats ladies! It will end in praise. My weekend was just there as I was under the weather all through..been taking coffee/tea all day to keep warm. My birthday is fast approaching Cheliz and I'd like to order(next week though) for one of your workout DVDs cos this mama has got to look her sexy self on that day..lol. I need a dvd that helps shed weight fast(all round fat) as I don't have the time to go register at a gym. Still hve any in stock? Any recommendation(s)? Fina.

I tried to comment yesterday but my phone no gree.Ladies u gals are too much.well am seeing results ooh, it's not an easy something .My underarm breast has gone, I was shocked cuz I thought it would always be there.I wore an abandoned dress yesterday and I didnt use a girdle and I saw curves,come see me ass...choi no wonder my hussy no gree me rest.Hope there are no guys on this platform, ladies come closer I want to whisper something in ur ears, my G-String now stays on my waist and not under my tummy...laffs. My scale says have been adding weight....I ignore am.....Cheliz God bless you.....this is Flora

Congrats to all of us ladies, being in this family has been of great support to me. Thank you all for words of encouragement and for not losing the hope that we can actually do this.     Ehn! Pls cheliz I read somewhere that adding a slice of lime, lemon, cucumber and mint leaves in a jug with clean spring water. And taking it at nyt helps in detoxifying the system and burns fat. Pls how true is it. I wan start am oh! Pls I can't shout as this fat must die by fire by force.
