  1. Good morning, the week has been okay for me. Atleast I tried as much as possible to discipline myself, I also changed my workout routine by using a work out DVD and I am seeing changes. I am trying not to cheat as much as possible because lately I realise that each day I cheat it takes me like 2steps backwards, I end up spending the 1st half of new week trying to lose what I gained on my cheat day. @1400 squats, I am in for that. I need my bum to be firmer and trimmed too., Lol Have a nice weekend ladies. MissB

    1. I'm so proud of you MissB, ur not afraid to take it a step higher each week. If cheating be the problem then gladly cut it off for now. If u really need a sweet fix, I.e feel like u will faint, take a cup of natural cocoa with honey, that will curb ur cravings. Slow and steady is key my dear, u no get wahala. Keep it up.

  2. Hmm the beginning of this week was a drag cos it was my TOM. I craved d most ridiculous things. To add salt to injury, we were at a place where I cud order any food I wanted and it wud be paid for. Tnk God for d discipline he granted me and my hubby who didnt allow me eat anytn I'd regret. I really tried to eat right. I also upped my game a Lil in d exercise dept... Infact yesterday I exercised eh I thought I was going to die. I hv even increased my weight target. My sis saw me today and said I was getting taller and I've lost small weight.... It's also indeed a spiritual favorite passages during ds period hv been "I can do all things thru Christ who strengthens me" and "with God all things are possible ". The thought of other contestants and sending our weigh in on Saturdays keeps in check. Tnks alot Cheliz. Amanda

    1. Amanda, u sure can finish this thru Christ, Amen. Congrats on holding back and fighting the temptation. It sounds easy but it isnt. Seeing good yummy food and resisting takes a lot, not everyone can do that. Thank God also for the support you get from ur hubby, not all husbands understand this journey. You are on top of your game my dear, I am proud of you too. You will pull thru by God's grace. Amen. Btw, lol @ "you are getting taller" so funny.
