# #WORKIT CHALLENGE # Weightloss challenge

#Workit Weightloss challenge Day 15 (week3 begins)

Morning Sweets,
We have entered the 3rd week of the weight loss challenge! How has it been so far, did you eat your apple a day this past week? Or have you fallen off the wagon already? Well, time will tell. You have to be strong to see this through guys, because it aint easy. 


Remember: 

  • Send in your scale pictures, showing your feet and the #workit badge on it.
  • Deadline for pics is 6pm GMT. Any pic sent after that time will be ignored.
  • All pictures will be posted on Monday on the blog. 


Tips and exercises for week 3:

  1. Keep Drinking your water. At least 8 cups a day.
  2. Eat at least 3 bowls of salad this week.
  3. 100 jumping jacks.
  4. 100 squats.
  5. 25 push ups.
  6. 100 crunches.
  7. Use dumbbells and do 20 Arnold presses.
  8. Walk for 30 mins daily.
  9. Walk for 10 mins, jog for 10, Walk for 10. (In this order)
  10. Stretch before and after your workouts.

You must not do all the exercises on this list above, just do as much as you can. The first 3 exercises above should help you burn over 300 calories, depending on your weight. To burn more, repeat them 3 times. This #workit challenge is all about more workouts, we must try hrad guys, i know its not easy, but this is a great way to quickly get bak the body you always desired. Eating clean alone wont cut it. We need to #workit for real.

  1. Cheliz darling, last week wasn't good on my side at all, had menstrual cramps all through, bloated, too tired to Determination has always been my key. exercise. I didn't eat any bad food though. But this week I will try and double up.

  4. Good afternoon Ladies, the week has been quite uneventful regarding my weight loss journey. I travelled outside my home and I fell into temptation of overfeeding for 2days and no exercises too. Monday was the last day I did any serious workout*Sobs***Although I engaged in a lot of physical activities.I am back on track now, but its my TOM I hope I wont gain so much. Waiting to check my weight tomorrow sha. It is well ooooo. MissB

    1. Sorry about that dear. Even if you gain hopefully, it wont be much. Next time plan and organise yourself when travelling. Make sure you have enough healthy snacks on you so that Even if you dont get to exercise, you should be able to curb your cravings. It is well. You r doing great already.

  5. I weighed myself this morning and I'm thinking my scale must be broken :-( seriously, it looks like I gained weight....hmm, I'm not sure what went wrong but I'll see what happens tomorrow.

  7. Hmmm we can only thank God. I think I'm beginning to get used to adding leaves to anything I eat. Except cereals. For d past two weeks, I think I've found what works for me.. Thank God oh. It's still not easy sha. Today eh.. Chai I ate bread,Moi Moi and pap...in d evening I ate noodles and egg (Cheliz biko don't shout oh) I was dreaming of those foods through out the week. But I worked my buttons off at d gym tho. 40mins non stop. I think I've satisfied my cravings... So from tomorrow I'm bk to d green life. Loool. That candy crush pic got me laughing so hard. That is so my husband. Takes me to d gym, complains dt he doesn't hv energy but he'd play candy crush all d while I'm there. Lool. Lemme go and sleep before I start craving something.     1. Lmao! Abeg o Amanda dont add leaves to ir cereal. So funny. Maybe when ur hubby sees ur body changing fabulously, he will join in. Keep up the energy dear, not even candy crush saga can stop u. Lol!
