    1. Hi Nena, they r all good. Just depends on how many u wanna buy. Lol. I hand picked them myself and I know how effective they are. Nena dont start this new month with excuses o. I know a mum 3 kids that lost over 20kg. So *covering my ears* No excuses! !!

  2. @ Nena. I have personally used d walk away pounds, Jackie xtreme saver, 30days shred. They are all good. I have dropped a whopping 18kg since I started my weight loss journey May 2013. I really want to do this work it challenge cos I have been on 78kg for so long now. I need to bring d jinx so help me God.

  7. Hello Cheliz, I was thinking, how about posting pictures of the August challenge contestants (with their faces cut out of cos)... They cud be addressed by their first names if they permit.. Or with an alias. Or u cud say contestant A contestant B etc... So that everyone can see who they competing with... And also, every wkend as d weigh in comes in, u cud post their progress. I think it'd help motivate both the contestants and everyone. Instead of waiting till d end of September.. People might fall off that way. U know, some "biggest looser" kind of thingy. It becomes a serious competition by so doing. Just a suggestion. Amanda

  9. Yep, that's ok Cheliz. For June I was expecting to see some awesome before and after pics for motivation. But na only me been waka come. So this time once you post before, we will feel motivated to come back with improved after pics. In June before I compared my pics and saw difference I was disappointed that I lost only 7lbs. But when I saw the difference physically, I was proud of my achievement. And I'll be again, cuz I stay winning:)

  10. Hey cheliz..howdy? Just started mine yesterday and I must say I feel great. Went to the market,got cucumber,lime and lemon. I have this fancy glass jug I got from a wedding *big grin* I'd been wanting to use so,what I did was wash and slice the lime,cucumber and lemon into the jug after which I filled it with water and that's what I've been drinking since yesterday till now,no food o cheliz,no food at all and I'm loving it..totally cleanses your system,you guys should try it...birthday drawing nigh,got to look and feel good. Happy sunday guys. Fina

    1. Fina dear am good, thanks. I ma happy ur feeling great but, allow me to correct a few things u might be doing wrong....I will explain with simple terms:
      1. Lime is highly acidic and has less effect on the body as per weightloss than lemons, thats why experts dont recommend them.
      2. Lemons alone will do the job and more.
      3. Lemons act as a a purifier and a cleansing agent, which makes it great for the job. It removes clogs in the system which leaves it clean and empty.
      4. Now imagine adding lime to the mix.
      5. You are left with nothing but stomach acid......
      6. You must eat to dilute that acid, which why food is recommended after drinking lemon water in the morning.

      Dear pls try and eat something, dont put your body under stress. Yes, you will lose weight and feel good initially, but what happens next?

      I dont support going days without food, no matter the kind of diet your doing, it has a way of backfiring. I'm not saying anything will happen to you, God is in charge here but, sweety pls lets do it right.

      Eat healthy clean foods in the right portions, exercise, thats healthy living, its a lifestyle which you adapt to and continue for life. All the best. God bless u.
