# challenge # Exercise

Day 5 of the 'shape-up' weight loss challenge.

Good morning Sweets,
I hope you all slept well. Its day 5 today and i want to give tips for the rest of the week and how to get through the weekend. I may not be able to post anything tomorrow that's why i'm doing this today.

You know this week is/was a cleanse-week, so next week we will move into another level which i want to call 'a-salad-a-day' week. Replace one meal of the day with a bowl of raw vegetable salad.

Tips for the day and the weekend:
  1. Make sure to keep drinking water at least 3 liters a day. I have to keep saying this because its important and people tend to forget.
  2. Make Sunday your rest day. No exercise for that day.
  3. Use the weekend to prep for the coming week. Create your meal plans for the coming week. (contact me for an upgraded 1 month fat-burn meal plan. not free.)
  4. Don't forget to exercise on Saturday morning.

Exercise: Do one of the 2, then stretch for 2 mins afterwards.
  1. Brisk Walk for 1 hr.
  2. Dance for 1 hr.

From next week, i won't be giving tips for the challenge anymore, only when necessary. I'm sure by now most people have gotten a hang of it. Right? Lmao! Some people will hate me for this, please don't. I am still here for you. I will guide you where i need to.
*Kindly contact me for personalized workout routines, meal plans and more inside info on how to lose weight and keep it off.* (This isn't a free product, only serious individuals may apply) thanks.
All the best guys and have a blessed weekend. Don't be tempted to eat a big bowl of rice and coke on Sunday o! Lol.  God bless.
Cheliz.

  6. One spoon of Mayo or salad cream is just okay. Anything above that is suicidal. Lol Meanwhile guys, I just sinned against my own sef. Loool, by having 3sticks of suya this early morning. Mehn, I am feeling bad o. The temptation was just too much. Ok, I think I prefer working days than weekends. Miss B

    1. Thats why I love most naija made products. They are lower in calories. Sad sm pple tend to overlook them. Suya is that bad o Miss B. Except ur mallam laced it with veg oil. Suya is healthier than fried chicken. Sometimes I have chicken suya for dinner with steamed cabbage. Yumm of life!!! Lol

  7. Okay@ Suya is healthier than fried chicken.
Although I am not sure if 9ja made products have lower calories. Atleast when a white man says a product has 100calories one is more sure of that than a 9ja made with 50calories. Just saying sha. MissB

    1. My dear. Trust no one, u can only truely know when u try for yourself. Better still make them yourself, that way you dont feel so unsure or guilty. Lol

  8. I would suggest Italian dressing. I use dat instead of mayo or salad cream.

    1. Thanks Zeebaby. Whichever one you use though, just go easy on it. Less is safer. When i feel like cutting down more on my weekly caloric intake, i go 'commando' on my salads. I add stuff like raisins, sweet onions, tomatoes, boiled eggs, even sweet carrots. Some carrots can be really sweet you know. (Grate them to get more of the sweet flavor) All these add flavor and make the salad more palatable. Have fun guys.
