Day 2 of the 'Shape-up' weight loss challenge.

 I'm sure those on the weight loss challenge will be feeling it by now. Please stay strong, nothing good in this life comes easy, you have to work a bit for it. Keep your eyes on the finish line. You are doing great.  Please forgive me for these late posts. Try and do the exercises when you get back from work, if not do them in the morning of the next day. If you can, do them morning and night, but make sure you feed your body. An overworked machine without oil of fuel will crash!!

Tips and reminders:

  • Have you been eating well?
  • Have you been drinking enough water?
  • Have you been exercising?
  • Have you stayed away from junk food?
  • Do not starve yourself.
  • Don't forget your multivitamins.




Exercises for today: Always stretch after your exercises please, its very important.
  1. 40 seconds of jumping jacks
  2. 500 skips (this should take you about 30 mins to complete) Don't rest for too long.
  3. Stretch.
