Benefits of using a proper Meal plan.

Hi there sweeties. How has your day been? and those on the weight loss challenge, how are you doing? I hope you are staying strong and keeping your eyes on your goal. I know you feel the need to quit. please don't.

Most times when people fall off the wagon of weight loss, its because they don't have a meal plan or an exercise plan or a guide of some sort in general to help them through. If you have none of these, and you want to lose weight, please don't start till you do. It will be like going on a long trip without an itinerary and cash in your pocket. *Not funny*

When it comes to weight loss, what you eat is priority, your meals should be your primary concern before your workouts. (you know what they say: Abs are made in the kitchen) If you like exercise and sleep in the gym from now till Friday,  and still don't eat right you are wrong! You are wasting your precious time. Its better you use your time to do something else. This is the secret which a lot of people that you know who have lost weight have used. You've got to get your meals right.

  • No need to tie your teeth
  • No need to starve
  • No need to drink weight loss shakes all day.
  • Just eat right and the weight will come off.


It doesn't end at knowing just what to eat, its knowing what to eat, at the right time and in the right order and in the right portions. If you know this, then half of your weight loss problems are solved.  This is why i keep screaming "meal plan, meal plan!!!" to those on the weight loss challenge.

  6. Hello everybody...I'm so excited.I just checked my scale (I know we aren't supposed to oh) I was so curious... Hmmmm I lost 2kg oh... In one week. I've bn doing the no carb diet... And I'm going to continue till the end of the month. The only carb I eat is my wheat bread...and it's either one or two slices... I'm so happy. It's d first time I've ever lost any weight in my life. I know it's small but I'm excited and inspired. I watched biggest looser today on TV and the one thing I learnt is dt ANYBODY can lose weight. It just takes u to make d decision. It's not easy but it's worth it. I'm so happy I said no to a tantalizing cup of ice cream ystrday. Every morning, I google motivational quote for weight-loss and it keeps me going for the day.. My best has been "I can do all things thru Christ that strengthens me" Becos its actually God who gives us the strength to do this. Today is the 12th day. Let's not give up. Let's all be inspired. I hope to lose an extra 5kg before the month is over. I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing. Currently I weigh 75kg.. Even if it's 2kg more I lose, I'd be grateful.. I'm living this lifestyle for the rest of my life. Eating healthy is a good decision. Tnks alot Cheliz for challenging us.. I love u. God's grace guys.. Amanda

  7. Guys please try not to check your weight for now, i know its very temping but pls. You are only exposing yourself to temptation. Imagine that you have lost 3kgs so far, today is just 12th, and then you go and spoil or treat yourself, you end up adding 5kg, then get depressed. We have 18 more days to go, anything can happen in 18 days. Just saying. Don't spoil all your hard work pls oooo. Thanks and take care.
