# Breakfast # How to

Reasons and remedy for a bloated tummy.

Morning sweets,
Its sad hearing of all the evil happening in the world today, especially Nigeria. The tin tire me. Despite it all, we must keep praying and living the best we can. It is well. 

To the business of today;
Don't you just hate that feeling of when you get up in the morning and your tummy feels like its about to explode? Filled with gas, You don't feel hungry, you feel weak, you want to eat but you really don't feel hungry. Worst is you cant even move your bowel. Well, here are some reasons i think you probably feel that way:

  1. You ate pretty late at night.
  2. You ate a lot of food right before going to bed.
  3. You took a sugary fizzy drink or alcohol at night.
  4. You eat lots of pastries and bread
  5. You didn't drink enough water and your constipated.
  6. You don't exercise, you sit in a spot for a long time and your body has stored a lot of water. (you are not sweating.)
  7. You've had too much milk or beans.
  8. You are on your monthly period. 

Some of these reasons if not checked, could get worse and one might end up with a really large mid-section. Here are some of my possible remedies:
You can never go wrong with fruits and veggies.

  1. Drink Lemon water. ( A tbsp of lemon diluted with in a glass of warm water) 
  2. Eat your heaviest meal in the morning. I always prefer eating a bowl of fruits or a small plate of steamed veggies and fish for dinner. This will make you feel light and able to move your bowel by morning.
  3. Watch the size of your meals in general. Too much food at once can only can only mean that you will end up with an extra large tummy later on.
  4. Reduce your intake of bread, pastries, coke, sugar. This is 50% of the problem.
  5. I try to cleanse once a week. It helps to get rid of all the air, gunk and junk blocking my system. There are many ways of doing this which i will talk about on later posts.
  6. Exercise. Shake up your body somehow. a least 15mins a day is required. 10 squats every time you visit the ladies awesome!

This is just my opinion, my point of view. I love food too o, all these things are hard to follow, but we must if we want that healthy and fit body. Its not all about weight loss, we must try to live healthy. Take care and God bless.
