Did you forget your water?

This is just a quick reminder. I posted something on the benefits of water some time ago. This just occurred to me because it seems like I am forgetting to drink water as often as I'm supposed to. It's worse when I'm on the road all day. I don't get to drink water till I get home imagine.(I'm talking 4 to 6 hours without water) That is bad! So I just decided to remind us all about the benefits of drinking water, not just for we trying to lose weight, Water is good for everyone even children.

1. We are meant to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
2. Water removes the by-product of fat in the body, thereby aiding weight loss.
3. Keeps us full and limits excess food intake.
4. It makes us look younger
5. You need smooth skin? Drink water.
6. It increases the body's metabolic rate and helps burn calories.
7. It aids digestion.
8. It helps maintain the body's PH level, cleanses the kidney and other organs.
9. Helps reduce stress and headaches......
The list goes on and on and on. So guys let's not forget our water o, if you have forgotten like me, oya let's make a 'u' turn to go get it!
