Hey sweets, I came across this super food some weeks ago when i was watching a show on tv, and they talked about Gwyneth Paltrow and how she eats quail eggs for good living, so I quickly stole the idea and couldn't help but share. I decided to use myself as the 'guinea pig' before I give the verdict. Lol. They are called quail eggs. I am sure some of you have heard and tried them. They taste great and cook in 4 mins. I always had mine for breakfast with a slice of toast. 1 egg contains about 14calories and has 13percent proteins. The nutritional value is 4 times greater than that of chicken eggs. I can't really say if it made me healthier or stronger o, I'm not sure. Another thing is that I wasn't consistent with it because it has a specific number that you are meant to eat for a specific period of time and I didn't follow it through. I want to try it again the correct way (see the tables below), that's why I decided to share with you maybe we can do this together. Dont blame me for doing this, nowadays I get all excited wheneva I hear that one food is beneficial to the body. See the bird that lays this wonderful egg:

D egg is ugly o! And d guinea fowl too...so r u sayn our normal chicken egg is less nutrious and not useful when dieting? Also pls wats ur take on chicken nd turkey meat which is healthier n diet friendly.
ReplyDeleteLala dear, your are funny o. just close your eyes and eat the thing, your body will thank you for it. Yes its more nutritious but doesn't mean you should stop eating chicken eggs, you should definitely keep eating your chicken eggs for added benefits. I prefer turkey meat when on a healthy diet because, they are leaner and have less calories and are high in protein for example: a palm sized turkey breast contains 90calories while same size chicken breast contains 165 calories. When on a weight loss diet, its always better to stick with low calorie foods that are also high in protein. You can keep the calorie content of your chicken low by not frying them, grilling is better. Take care and thanks for your comment.
