Spices and wellness

Hi sweets, I was browsing for ideas and spices for making chicken sauce, and came across these facts; that spices are actually good for weightloss and general wellness (i never knew). Some are good for the skin, some for stomach ailments, some for weightloss. It doesn't mean you should overload your food with them tho. Lol.

Ginseng, Ginger, Cayanne pepper, Black pepper are good for weight loss. Cinnamon, Sesame seeds,Cardamom are good for the tummy and digestive system.Tumeric is used to relieve skin itches etc. I'm going to try out some of them and see, just for curiosity sake sha. Will you try them too? Lemme know.

  1. i would have tried it if i knew where to find them. biko what is cardamom? it sounds like Levi's new brand name for their collection of moms jeans. ginger for me is a must. i never cook any meal without it. i even add it to my babys ogi baba when blending it. it is absoluutely gorgoeus. Chichi bones say so

  4. Hello, I'm a new visitor. Will hopefull stay. I'm on a quest to lose 15kg and keep it that way. So far, since last month, iv begun exercising and eating right. U forgot 2 mention garlic which I love when teamed up with ginger. Its benefits r awesome. I knw ppl r turned off by d smell, but ladies, d pros outweigh d cons. Cm'n, let's give it a try.

I have heard about the wonders of garlic, but I haven't tried it because of the strong smell. Maybe it's about time I did. Thanks for the info.
