My Latest 'before and after pics'

Hi sweets, it's been a while. Plenty apologies. I hope you have been eating well and exercising tho, because I didn't stop. No matter the weather or the condition, we must always eat healthy and exercise.

I've lost about 3kgs since the last time I updated my weight, so I took a few pics to show you guys what I look like now. I weigh 87kg now by the way :)

I hope theres a significant change. Lol.  If I can do this, you can too.

    1. Bella dear, it can work for you too. The secret is consistency and self control. Eat more fruits and vegetables, especially at night and reduce or stop bread, cus that's what bloats our tummys. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks for commenting. Is this the Bella I know?
